The Supplier Advisory Manager is a key partner in shaping and advising on supplier agreements across IT and Indirect spend. You’ll ensure contracts are commercially sound, compliant with Singtel Group policies, and aligned with Optus’ strategic priorities. Beyond day-to-day contract management, this role drives continuous improvement in governance frameworks and contributes to wider procurement transformation initiatives, helping strengthen supplier relationships and deliver long-term value.

Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure commercial soundness, risk mitigation, and compliance with policies and frameworks.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to manage contractual risks, support governance, and provide post-execution oversight including disputes and supplier offboarding.
Drive governance and process improvement by enhancing contracting frameworks, templates, and workflows while ensuring effective performance and risk management.
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Business Units to align contract terms with business needs and supplier risk management.
Educate stakeholders and mentor team members to strengthen commercial, contractual, and performance management capabilities.
What makes you perfect for the role?
5+ years’ experience in contract/vendor management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.
Degree in business or commercial discipline, with strong commercial acumen.
Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Background in telecommunications desirable and experience leading/coaching contract management professionals.
