The Role
We are currently seeking Support Workers across the Central Coast to provide high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Community access and transport
- Social and emotional support
- Assistance with daily routines and NDIS goal-based activities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in aged care, disability, or community support (preferred)
- A compassionate, dependable and respectful attitude
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
