Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Just Better Care Townsville is seeking Casual Community Support Professionals to join our dedicated team.
What We’re Looking For:
We need compassionate, reliable, and skilled individuals who can offer flexible support to our clients. The ideal candidates will have:
- Availability for 2–3 sleepover shifts per week
- Availability for weekend and early morning shifts
- Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours
- Experience with manual handling
- Ability to provide male personal care
- Assist Clients with Medication certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Certificate III or above in Community Services, Individual Support, or Ageing – or willingness to complete within 6 months of employment
- We require: Current Criminal record check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Current First Aid and CPR certificates, Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
