Your new role
As Supporter Services Administrator, you will provide customer service to donors and supports as well as administrative support to the Fundraising team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for supporters, responding to enquiries via phone and email
- Processing donations on Salesforce and reconciliation of fundraising bank account statements
- Maintaining accurate records across fundraising systems
- Assisting the team with the coordination of fundraising events and campaigns

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
- Previous experience in administration and/or customer services roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce or similar databases
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong initiative, problem solving and verbal communication skills
