The Survey Draftsperson role will support the team in producing a range of deliverables including Sales and Site Plans, Pre-Calculation Plans, Deposited Plans, Strata Plans, As-constructed Surveys and Topographical Surveys, along with various associated plans and calculations for the land development industry.

Job Description

What you bring to the table

You are a highly motivated individual who is able to contribute to the team in a positive and proactive manner, and is able to develop proficiency and knowledge in the following, including but not limited to:

  • Providing support to various Survey teams within the company
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in Survey Drafting specific software including but not limited to Magnet, Microstation, Bris Cad, QGIS
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, informative documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can work well in a team environment

Desired Skills and Experience

Previous Survey Drafting experience desirable but not essential, on the job training provided!
