Talent Insights Partner
This newly created role will work closely with the Talent Manager to shape and deliver future talent insight programs and frameworks. It’s a pivotal position focused on harnessing data-driven talent intelligence to define what great talent is and drive smarter talent decisions at the McNab Group. Through the development of talent frameworks, this role will ultimately have input into improved planning, accuracy, efficiency, attraction, retention, and movement of the Group’s entire growing workforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and define what top talent is across our group of businesses and teams
- Take top talent insights into the development of succession plans and recruitment assessment tools, so we can identify talent quickly and early
- Use talent insights to identify gaps in current state vs future state, and make recommendations to the People and Culture (P&C) team on areas for training, development, and improvement
- Assist with training of talent insights to hiring managers, increasing awareness and accountability for hiring decisions
- Work with the Recruitment Manager on insights to refine and focus workforce planning strategies, and attraction and sourcing strategies
About you
- You’ll bring qualifications and background in HR, L&D, Organisational Development, Talent Management or similar.
- You’ll have familiarity with competency frameworks/models and how these lead into talent led insights, succession planning, recruitment tools and business performance.
- You’re confident in analysing data, spotting trends, and translating insights into actions.
- You have a passion for building values-led capability and driving pragmatic business outcomes through people.
- Your professional mindset is collaborative, curious, and you’re confident influencing diverse stakeholders.
