This is due to a strong commitment to building collective teacher efficacy and using evidence-based practices to target areas including literacy, numeracy and HPGE. Auburn Girls High School has developed a strengths-based Positive Education wellbeing platform where every student is known, valued, and cared for within a culture of high expectations and academic rigor.

Our school's vision statement is "Auburn Girls High School is a center of excellence in girls' education". This can be seen through not only academic results but also through the commitment to student leadership and the thriving extracurricular programs such as sport, dance, school band, debating and competitions. The school's motto is: Learn, Lead, Succeed.
