Wenona is seeking an experienced Teacher’s Aide to join our team and provide a broad range of support to our Junior School students. This role contributes to the overall support and reinforcement of classroom objectives, whilst contributing to a positive internal culture where service, integrity, kindness and humour are valued.

The Position
- Assist teachers to support students as part of the strategies outlined in their Student Learning Profile or IEP.
- Assist with documentation of student learning experiences, monitoring and evaluating students’ learning progress.
- Assist with classroom programs and excursion by providing positive behaviour support.
- Collaborate with Learning Enrichment, Primary Teachers, other professionals and families as required.
- Assist with student supervision in both the indoor and outdoor learning environments, including playground supervision, and excursions.
This is a permanent full-time position, with an immediate start, or as negotiated in line with notice period.
