About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Team Leader, Logistics to join our Food and Beverage Services team. In this important role, you’ll take responsibility for key areas of service delivery, ensuring the efficient coordination of daily logistics to support high-quality meal services to patients. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping work processes, overseeing operations, and ensuring procedures are followed with care and precision.
As a natural leader, you’ll also assist in on-the-job training and support staff in maintaining accurate records and consistent service standards. Your ability to assess and improve work practices will contribute to the overall success of the team and the wellbeing of our patients. If you're passionate about delivering excellent service in a healthcare environment, we’d love to have you on board.
