- You will need to have a deep understanding of syrup processes and have experience with quality control.
- Experience using SAP.
- Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience team leader who nurtures and inspires.
- Sound decision making under pressure.
- Ability to plan and organise production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Understanding of different beverage types and production processes and packaging.
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality control systems ensuring product consistency and safety.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting and maintaining its efficiency.
- Knowledge in food safety regulations, labelling requirements and other relevant industry standards.
A passion for leadership of a diverse team with a focus on team and personal development- Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
- A passion for driving value and productivity through a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with managing relationships and building partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- An understanding for leading a team to maximum effect to ensure high people engagement and business outcomes.
