Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Carnegie VIC, 3163
Service Specific: A brand new service with fresh resources - make it your own at TeamKids!
You'll be supported by a full-time 2IC, a consistent team of educators, and an amazing Regional Manager.
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
BSC: 7am-9am
ASC: 2.30pm-6.30pm
Admin: 8
Total hours: 38

What is a Director of Service?
As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Innovation: Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
