Job Title: Technician – Mobile Phones & Laptops
Location: Footscray
Type: Part- Casual (3–4 days a week available)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
✅ Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile phone and laptop issues (hardware/software)
- Handle customer enquiries and explain repair processes clearly
- Provide excellent customer service and build trust with every interaction
- Maintain records of repairs and inventory as needed
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge in phone and laptop repairs (both hardware & software)
- Good communication skills and confident in dealing with customers
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, reliable, and honest
Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $45,393.33 per year
