About the Opportunity
This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate, or someone in the early stages of their career, to join a highly successful and passionate team within a global organisation!
As part of this highly varied role, you will be responsible for executing the account and brand plans across a geographical territory of retail supermarkets (Independent Grocery, Coles, and Woolworths)
Your key objectives will be to maximise ranging, implement category focussed layouts and secure discretionary off location displays to drive sales through market leading brand executions.
Your role will be to contribute significantly to the achievement of budgeted sales and profit objectives for the Company through the effective management of your designated geographic territory of retail supermarkets.
As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the North Sydney to Newcastle / Central Coast region.
You will be provided with the essential tools of trade, including a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop.
About You
You are ambitious and eager to kick start your career in Sales! You will have a passion for customer service and as a results-driven individual, you strive to achieve and exceed targets.
Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you will be a team player and demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
You will also have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce / Marketing or similar.
- Customer service or sales experience gained within a retail or supermarket environment.
- Passionate about problem solving and challenges.
- A friendly and approachable personality.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy, ever-changing role.
