Role: Test Analyst
Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 86,020 – 86,020 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Define scope of testing, objective and gather details of Test environment, types of testing (ST/SIT/End to End) and timelines from the project team
Create Test estimations and highlight challenges/risks for testing and any requirement ambiguities that might pose difficulties for testing
Write Test cases in ADO covering UI, Database and all requirements given in the specification document
Ensure Test cases encompass Equivalence Partition, Boundary Value Analysis, positive and negative test cases to provide comprehensive coverage
Prepare Test data for all test cases in the required environment.
Review test deliverables and provide support for other testers
Execute test cases in required test environments
Create test execution report covering screenshots for all test cases.
Log defects in ADO and participate in defect triage
Retest defects and provide proper status on defects
Provide support during E2E or security or performance testing
Create Test Completion Report on the status and send it to Test Lead for review.
Main documentation for best practices, test case mapping and execution guidelines in ADO
Essential:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Preferred:
- Test Automation - Selenium
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
