About the Role
We are hiring for two separate Trade Activation Manager roles to join our marketing team, both based at our Docklands office:
- Trade Activation Manager – Corporate Grocery
- Trade Activation Manager – Independent Grocery
You’ll work closely with brand teams, sales, agencies and retail media partners to activate trade plans that connect our brands with customers and drive shopper conversion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver channel-specific trade marketing campaigns
- Manage creative agencies and execution partners
- Partner with sales to deliver best-in-class activation
- Coordinate with Coles 360, Cartology or Metcash as relevant
- Track ROI and deliver post-activity reviews and reporting
- Collaborate across marketing, category and commercial teams
- Grocery role includes Citrus Ad; Independents role includes trade expos and AFL activations
- Each role manages its own budget and campaign calendar

You are an energetic and structured marketer or project manager with:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or similar
- Demonstrated experience in trade, brand, or customer marketing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Coles 360, Cartology or Citrus Ad (for Grocery)
- Experience with independents or sponsorship activation (for Independents)
- Strong attention to detail, planning and time management
- A drive to execute great brand experiences at the shelf or in-store
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
