The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trade Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our maintenance and minor project activities. Your tasks will include roof and gutter cleaning, graffiti removal, and minor repairs such as carpentry and painting. If you enjoy hands-on work and variety in your day, this role is a great fit!
You’ll assist our skilled trades team, perform general labouring duties, and work safely at heights using appropriate equipment. We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable, and ready to help keep our community spaces in top condition.
Your Perfect Fit: Who We’re Looking For
We’re excited to welcome someone who brings both the right qualifications and a great attitude. Here’s what we’re after:
- Essential: NSW Construction Induction Card (White Card) and a Class C driver’s licence.
- Desirable: Elevated Work Platform Licence (EWP) and other relevant certifications.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in trade maintenance or construction support.
- Skills: Strong communication, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.

- Package: from $60,204 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent full-time position 38 hours per week with a 9-day fortnight
