Shift Monday and Tuesday 1.00pm to 9.30pm (10weeks per term) AND

Zoi Education www.zoi.vic.edu.au is in the business of providing high-quality, workplace training to individuals, groups, and organisations. Recently, ZOI Education opens Sydney Campus, Level 1, 51-53 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW2009.

To support our growth, we are looking to hire experienced and energetic VET trainers/assessors to provide exceptional training and assessment in:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Training is blended with some online delivery as well as face-to-face workplace visits scheduled to observe students and to discuss their progression.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing a positive learning environment for students to undertake training and assessment
• Assisting and guiding students with their learning and assessment material

Visiting the workplace to:

• undertake observations
• discuss the student's progress and answer any questions
• discuss the student's status with the workplace and answer any questions
• conducting, marking, and recording student assessments
• providing student support
• participating in validation/moderation activities
• ensuring compliance against the VET Quality Framework and organisations policies and procedures

To be considered you must have the following:

• Have excellent communication and time management skills, especially with people from diverse backgrounds
• Diploma or higher level qualification
• At least two years of industry experience working within an approved Childcare centre
• Evidence supporting currency in Childhood Education and Care sector
• TAE40116 Certificate IV In Training and Assessment or TAE40110 and additional units.
• Evidence of continuing development in Childhood Education and Care and Training and Assessment
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid Certificate
• A thorough understanding of the CHC training package and industry requirements in relation to Childhood Education and Care

Job Types: Fixed term, Casual, Contract

Pay: $57,729.36 – $125,263.45 per year
