Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is the one of the largest defence companies in Australia and is now recruiting highly skilled and motivated individuals to support E-7A Role Playing duties at RAAF Base Williamtown.
This position fulfils the vital support function of role-playing activities to support AEW&C mission crew training and development within the whole-of life system support of the E-7A Wedgetail aircraft.

We are actively recruiting people with experience in the following fields to complement our close-knit team:
- AEW&C or AWACS Operators
- Air Surveillance Operators
- Air Battle Managers - ADGE
Responsibilities will include:
Essential role-playing duties, which encompass high-end war fighting to support aircrew training prior to deployment to current operations.
Development & Maintenance of multiple high fidelity scenarios to support both initial and operational training.
Desirable Requirements:
Completed Simulator Operator Course or have equivalent experience and/or understanding of RAAF and/or coalition Air Battle Management tactics.
Experience in AEW&C or AWACS environment as an Aerospace Systems Operator.
Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116) or equivalent qualification.
Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
