Job Description
We’re looking for a UI Designer who’s passionate about shaping meaningful, data-driven digital experiences that connect with prospective students and empower their educational journey.
You’ll play a key role in crafting high-converting acquisition experiences, collaborating across marketing and product teams to turn insights into thoughtful, accessible, and scalable interface design. You’ll also help grow and maintain our design system — ensuring consistency, usability, and brand alignment across every touchpoint.
Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day
- Design and optimise high-impact user journeys to drive engagement and conversion
- Apply CRO principles and insights to inform design decisions and prioritise improvements
- Co-create design outputs with product and marketing, working collaboratively from concept to execution
- Analyse user behaviour, identify friction points, and contribute ideas to remove barriers and improve flow
- Contribute to testing and experimentation strategies, with a focus on continuous learning and iteration
- Lead the development of global UI elements, establishing a strong, coherent vision for the look and feel across all digital experiences.
- Own the global design system, overseeing the process, creation, and ongoing maintenance of components.
- Ensure consistency across marketing and product channels, embedding accessibility and usability from the outset.
If you're ready to make an impact, here's what we're looking for
- Proven experience designing acquisition-focused digital experiences using CRO strategies
- Deep knowledge of UI design principles — including layout, hierarchy, colour, typography, and iconography
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely)
