The Opportunity
Detail oriented and strategic Valuations Manager to support the Head of Valuations in overseeing the valuation process across all assets under management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations, while also contributing expert insights to support the analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.
This is a 15-month fixed term contract, full time position.
As Valuations Manager, your key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the external valuation programme, including instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
  • Coordinating the internal valuation programme and working closely with performance analysts.
  • Presenting valuation results to stakeholders and providing strategic insights.
  • Maintaining property forecast models and supporting analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
  • Advising on Asset Plans, Business Plans, and contributing to group initiatives and process improvements.
  • Building strong market relationships and providing technical expertise on property-related matters.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property discipline.
  • 3 – 5-year CPV (Certified Practicing Valuer) accreditation.
  • Strong understanding of investment-grade for retail property markets.
  • Experience with listed and unlisted property funds management.
  • Skilled in running and interpreting cash-flow modelling systems.
  • Strong Stakeholder management.
