Company Description
Join the Welcoming Team at Greencross Pakenham!
Located on the lively Main Street of Pakenham — just 40 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD — Greencross Pakenham is a thriving small animal clinic with a strong sense of community and a genuine passion for pet care.
Our clinic has recently undergone a full renovation and rebrand, giving it a fresh, modern look that reflects the vibrant energy of our team. But what truly sets us apart is our supportive, close-knit culture.
You’ll be stepping into a warm, collaborative environment led by a dedicated Practice Manager with over 15 years of service at the clinic, and a highly respected Veterinary Director who brings extensive experience and a genuine passion for surgery. If you're keen to grow your surgical skills, you'll find a supportive mentor eager to guide you. Our team is further strengthened by 7 experienced nurses, each with more than a decade of commitment to the clinic — ensuring a stable, knowledgeable, and caring support network.
We pride ourselves on creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. From regular coffee runs and shared snacks to plenty of laughs throughout the day, we believe in balancing professionalism with fun.
If you're looking for a clinic that values teamwork, mentorship, and a great work-life balance, Greencross Pakenham could be your perfect fit!
