About the role
As our Training Coordination Team Leader, you’ll manage and support a team of Training Coordinators and Program Support Officers across your training region. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you’ll ensure the seamless delivery of the AGPT Program through high-quality registrar, practice, and supervisor administration, while working collaboratively with regional Medical Educators and Program Delivery Managers.
As our Training Coordination Team Leader, you'll also:
Lead a team to deliver high-quality training admin support across your region
Oversee registrar, practice, and supervisor administration and support
Coordinate accreditation activities for training facilities
Report on key program data, activities, and regional KPIs
Skills & Experience
Experience leading a team or in a senior admin role
Strong knowledge of AGPT program delivery
Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve complex issues
