As our Video Content Lead, you’ll take the reins in producing high-quality, emotionally compelling video content that supports fundraising, storytelling, and brand awareness. From idea creation to behind the lens and final edit, your work will bring real stories to life and help drive meaningful impact.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years’ experience producing high-quality video content across various formats.
  • Brings hands-on production skills including filming, lighting, audio, and post-production.
  • Is highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (experience with other Adobe tools and basic animation is a bonus).
  • Is an excellent storyteller with strong scripting, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Has experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives in a collaborative team setting.
  • Possesses a current Driver’s License and Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Is organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

About the Role


Reporting to the Creative Content Manager, you will:

  • Take the lead on concept development, filming, editing, and delivery of engaging multimedia content.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Fundraising teams to bring stories and campaigns to life.
  • Capture powerful interviews, supporter stories, and campaign content in-studio and on location.
  • Support and guide junior team members in content production.
  • Ensure brand consistency and best-practice content production across all channels.
  • Use social media and SEO insights to optimise reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate on fundraising campaigns, events, newsletters, and hospital hub activities.
