Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition. Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you’ll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.
What you’ll do:
Due to recent project wins and overall growth in our Mining group, we're seeking interest of varying Engineer level such as Mid level, Senior and Principal for our WA based team.
As part of our Mine Advisory team, you’ll contribute to a wide variety of tailings and mine waste projects across all stages of the project lifecycle—from concept studies through to detailed design, construction support, operations, and closure. Your responsibilities will align with your experience, and may include:
- Contributing to or leading the design, assessment, and review of tailings storage facilities and related infrastructure
- Supporting technical analysis, including geotechnical, civil, or hydrological modelling
- Preparing high-quality reports, designs, and project documentation
- Leading or contributing to site investigations, inspections, and audits
- Supporting or managing client relationships, project delivery, and proposal development
- Providing mentorship to junior staff and contributing to a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
- Engaging with multidisciplinary teams including water, environmental, geotech, and mine planning professionals
About you:
You’re an engineer with experience in tailings, geotechnical, or mine infrastructure design, looking to make an impact on complex and meaningful mining projects. Whether you're building on a solid technical foundation or already bringing years of leadership and strategic insight, we're interested in hearing from professionals at mid, senior, and principal levels;
- A degree in civil, geotechnical, or mining engineering (or a related discipline)
- Experience working on tailings or mine waste projects within consulting or operational environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to work across diverse project teams
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to high-quality, safe outcomes
- Chartership (e.g. CPEng or RPEQ) or working toward professional accreditation (desirable for senior/principal levels)
