LIQUI MOLY Australia is seeking a motivated and technically skilled professional to join our growing team as the WA & SA Area Manager & Application Specialist. This role combines regional sales leadership with technical expertise, ensuring alignment with our global standards. The successful candidate will drive business development in Western Australia and South Australia while providing advanced technical training and support to our field service representatives (FSRs) and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Lead and grow sales activities across Western Australia and South Australia.
Support, guide, and collaborate with a team of Field Service Representatives in WA and SA.
Develop strong customer and distributor relationships to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and coach FSRs to achieve excellence in both sales and technical knowledge.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions with the team.
Technical Expertise & Training
Serve as a technical authority within the region, providing expert advice and solutions.
Deliver interstate “Train the Trainer” sessions to elevate the technical proficiency of the broader LIQUI MOLY Australia team.
Support product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and advanced technical applications.
Strategic Alignment
Ensure regional operations align with LIQUI MOLY’s global roles and standards.
Collaborate with national leadership to implement growth strategies and technical initiatives.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor Degree or at least five years' experience may substitute for formal education
Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the automotive, mechanical, or lubricants industry.
Strong technical background with the ability to provide advanced product and application training.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel interstate for training and team development.
