Our Events and Conferences team are seeking hospitality enthusiasts with dedication to creating memorable experiences for all guests.
We currently have Casual Waitperson and Bar Attendant roles available that require the flexibility to work during weekdays and weekends.
The intake for these roles will be on the 4th of August 2025.
The base pay rate for the Waitperson role is $40.25 per hour and Bar Attendant role is $41.54 per hour (additional weekend penalties added to this rate).
In this role, you will provide fine dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Able to commit to shifts on a Friday and Saturday plus at least one weekday (additional shifts may be offered)
- Bar Attendant role requires previous Bar experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and potentially work long hours
- Willingness to adhere to grooming standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude with a service focus
