Jackson Agencies is on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Dispatch Officer to join our busy operations team on the Sunshine Coast.
This hands-on role is essential to keeping our warehouse running smoothly — you’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking and dispatching a wide range of products that keep schools, businesses and industries safe, clean and running efficiently.

Your Role Will Include:
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care
- Receiving incoming goods and checking for accuracy and quality
- Organising stock and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
- Supporting other team members and contributing to continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch or logistics role (preferred)
- Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
- Comfortable using inventory and dispatch systems (training provided)
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Commitment to safety, reliability and delivering quality service
