We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our NSW state warehouse (Campbelltown).
Note: This is a full time, 3-month max term contract, with the potential to be extended or made permanent.
This role is key to ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, safety, and operational excellence.
Leading a dedicated warehouse team, you will manage daily activities, optimise stock control, drive continuous improvement, and support sales performance across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company. Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and support a team of warehouse staff to deliver high performance.
Plan and oversee daily operations, including inbound/outbound deliveries and order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate stock control through audits, cycle counts and system management.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, conducting regular inspections and toolbox talks.
Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and implement strategies to support sales growth and achieve financial targets.
Monitor operational performance and provide reports and recommendations to management.

What You Bring To The Team
Demonstrated warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control experience.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
LF Forklift licence and unrestricted driver’s licence (essential).
Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or business (desirable).
