An exciting opportunity exists for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This person will play a pivotal role in conducting warehousing duties and management of the team.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for an array of functions and various tasks, as well as supervising and providing leadership to the warehouse team to ensure a productive and efficient workplace.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for an array of functions and various tasks, as well as supervising and providing leadership to the warehouse team to ensure a productive and efficient workplace.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Inventory/stock control.
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Loading and offloading delivery trucks.
- Preparing orders (picking and packing).
- Open boxes, pallets, crates, and other containers.
- Processing stationary orders for stores.
- Communicate job expectations, deliver feedback, and coach employees.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Valid and Current forklift licence at all times during employment (LR)
- 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Supervision, safety management, deadline-oriented, time management, equipment maintenance.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Picking and packing, inventory management experience and skills.
- Basic data entry and computer skills may be required.
