Capral Aluminium is seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join our high-performing team. This hands-on role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining service levels, and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations: workflow, stock movements, quality checks, and delivery accuracy
- Lead and support team members, including training, task allocation, and performance feedback
- Promote and enforce safety standards (toolbox talks, inspections, housekeeping)
- Maintain accurate filing and records (cycle counts, manifests, putaway dockets)
- Monitor and report on SAP LL01 data (stock movements, critical orders, replenishment)
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with policies and KPIs
About You
Essential:
- Warehouse operations experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics/warehouse practices
- Forklift licence
- Secondary education completion
Desirable:
- SAP knowledge
- Leadership experience
- Industry experience (aluminium preferred)
