We are on the lookout for a passionate and versatile individual to join our team, working two full days per week! If you are competent in product management, have a flair for social media, content creation, marketing and general administration, this could be the role for you.
Experience in MYOB is a real bonus, and the ability to multitask seamlessly is essential – every day at Bobangles is unique!
What we are looking for:
- Product Management – 70% of this role entails keeping our inventory up to date on the website and in our online catalogues
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing platforms like Instagram, creating engaging campaigns featuring our products and brands.
- Strong Communication Skills: Friendly, approachable and articulate in both written and verbal interactions
- Marketing Knowledge – Ability to guide clients and support our presence at trade fairs (held in March and August)
- Team Player – A great sense of humour, adaptability and a love of dogs – our office pups are part of the family!
- Client Focussed – Willingness to assist clients online, over the phone and in person with enquiries.
- Preferred Skills – Experience with MYOB, Canva, Instagram and Shopify will be highly regarded
The Role
Hours: two full days a week with additional hours during trade shows (twice a year)
Responsibilities :
- Keep our products up to date on the website, source images, add new products, delete discontinued products and much more
- Manage Products on MYOB – updating and removing when discontinued
- Keep our Digital Brand Catalogues up to date and looking brilliant
- Assist clients at trade show stands and facilitate orders
- Manage a variety of tasks to support the business, from content creation to administration
- Contribute to our dynamic and friendly team environment
