Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Manager Advisory, you will provide expert guidance to leaders and managers on employee relations, fostering a safe and inclusive workplace, reducing risk, and ensuring consistent policy application.

Day to day you will:
- Lead negotiations and discussions with unions and tribunals, partnering with People Strategy and Delivery teams on Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
- Advise managers on disciplinary and termination procedures, promote constructive feedback, and champion alignment of performance goals with business needs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate employee relations risks, maintaining accurate records and minimising legal exposure.
- Collaborate to develop and deliver training on employee relations topics (e.g., conflict resolution, performance management, legal compliance) and provide ongoing support and coaching to various internal stakeholders
Qualifications
You will be a passionate and skilled HR Professional with proficiency in employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations. You will also be a trusted advisor with an exceptional ability to support leaders.

- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough and objective investigations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to design and develop resources and tools for leaders.
