Job Description

We're growing our P&C team! With a significant investment in our People & Culture function, we've created multiple new positions. Explore our open roles and help us drive our culture and strategic success.

Reporting to the Head of Manager Advisory, you will  provide expert guidance to leaders and managers on employee relations, fostering a safe and inclusive workplace, reducing risk, and ensuring consistent policy application.

You will be a passionate and skilled HR Professional with proficiency in employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations. You will also be a trusted advisor with an exceptional ability to support leaders.
