About the Role:
As 3IC, you'll play a key support role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You’ll help lead the team by example, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the store runs smoothly, especially during peak periods. This is not a role for the faint-hearted – it’s fast, it’s dynamic, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.
What We’re Looking For:
. Previous experience in a supplement, health food, or related retail environment (preferred)
. A genuine interest in health, wellness, and nutrition
. Must be available across a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends
. Reliable, punctual, and professional
. Friendly, patient, positive, and a true team player
. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a happy and calm attitude
