SA Mushrooms are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join the team. If you are super organised, have high attention to detail, and have your own transport then this could be the job for you!

About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring staff, visitors and guests are welcomed positively and providing admin support to HR and the Management team. To be successful in this role you will have had at least two years of experience in an administrate role or a tertiary education in administration. You would have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Working 25-30 hours per week you will be required to work Monday afternoons and all day Tuesday, with some flexibility on the other days. Starting and finishing times are negotiable and would suit someone returning to the workforce.

Requirements

Applicants must have excellent English skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong attention to detail and have their own reliable transport. Previous experience working in a similar role will be highly regarded. Please note that applicants must currently live and have work rights in Australia without restrictions on work hours.
