The Kalgoorlie-Boulder Airport is seeking a capable person to provide quality and efficient administrative and secretarial assistant to the airport team under the instruction of the airport manager whilst always maintaining strict confidentiality.
The core accountabilities will include managing accurate passenger and airport movements statistics and reporting. Assisting the Coordinator Airport Compliance with Visitor Identification Cards (VIC's) issuing and recording procedures, including auditing and the use of ECM/Ci Anywhere, filing of airports plans, drawings, and reports. Overseeing all airport advertising and preparing monthly reports.
Other duties will include assisting with the co-ordination of meetings, agenda and minute recording and preparation, answering of telephone enquiries and their redirection to appropriate officers and greeting of stakeholders and visitors to the terminal administration offices and providing customer service as required.
A knowledge of local government policies, and procedures is preferred. Possessing high level communication and interpersonal skills along with strong admiration and organizational skills is imperative.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Salary ranges between $61,723 - $65,274
