Customer Experience Officer

Role Description
This customer service role helps deliver a range of Solar Victoria programs, provides information to customers about Solar rebates and processes rebate applications and resolve customer queries. This role will suit someone who enjoys engaging with people and providing services and solutions to customers.

Existing Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport with people.
Able to learn and absorb information and use guidance materials.
Able to use a range of software applications and learn telephony systems and databases.
