About the Role
You will be working with a brand new team and will have a great opportunity to shape both the role and how the team achieves our goals! Our team consists of a proactive and dedicated group of design managers, infrastructure planners and project interface managers, and we have fun whilst getting the job done!


The Greater Parramatta Area has a strong pipeline of major infrastructure investment over the next decade and beyond, and is continually experiencing rapid growth and change. It’s an exciting time to be working as a Business Support Officer at the City of Parramatta in the “Central City” of the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area.


The Business Support Officer will provide high quality, accurate and timely project and business support to the team, including executive assistance to the Group Manager Infrastructure Planning and Design, diary management, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, administrative support, recruitment support, notifications, advertising, public exhibitions, correspondence and document management.


About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration, project or business support, office management, and/or a senior personal assistant role. You will be highly organised and able to operate effectively in a busy environment balancing competing priorities, and work with initiative and discretion on a range of complex issues.

We are offering a permanent full-time role with an attractive salary from $77,313.80 to $85,163.29 p.a. dependent on skills and experience, plus Super.
