What this opportunity involves:
JLL has an excellent new opportunity for an eager and bright customer-service focused Receptionist to work full-time onsite with one of our software clients at our Southbank location.

The role includes management of office supplies, catering, mail distribution, tracking and input of Invoices and processing of incoming and outgoing mail/packages.

A snapshot of your responsibilities:
Provide a unique welcoming experience for all guests, staff, and visitors
Be the go-to specialist for all staff & guest enquiries
Manage mail/parcels, temporary access cards, stationery & meeting room bookings
Provide general administrative support
Answer inquiries directly or direct calls to appropriate employees
Maintain professional appearance of building lobby or reception area
Meeting room and conference room maintenance and management
Coordinate access cards
Manage all couriers, incoming and outgoing
Assist manager with invoicing and purchase orders including submission and tracking of invoices

Some experience working either in a hospitality, retail or service delivery role
Some experience working in a corporate environment will be looked upon favorably, it is not essential.
Willingness to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.
Great communication skills, and easily build good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
Friendly, pleasant and energetic personality, who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
