Corporate Receptionist - Melbourne

Our client is a highly regarded professional services company based in Melbourne CBD. We are seeking a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join Sodexo's small corporate team.
Your reception duties will include Greeting internal and external clients, Managing - visitor records, meeting room, lockers AV/VC support, office stationary and pantry provisions and control inventory ordering. And as the office administrator you will also work with databases, mailroom processes, company email inbox, records management and answering the company switchboard.
Who are we looking for?
You will have previous experience in a busy, corporate environment dealing with clients professionally and confidently. Your background may include experience as a corporate front of house receptionist in a professional services environment.

Salary on offer is $60,000 + super
Our Receptionists are team players, they have a can do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.
- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
