An exciting opportunity to work with a highly motivated and experienced team in support of the key decision makers shaping the future of the City of Parramatta. The position is responsible for providing high level executive and administrative support to elected councillors. On a daily basis you will be preparing and distributing briefing material, and providing support services, such as diary management, preparing correspondence and maintaining administrative systems.

About the person
The successful candidate should have previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role. Experience in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential material is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills. It would be preferred, but not essential, for applicants to have a strong background in local government along with relevant qualifications in executive support and/or administration.

We are offering an attractive salary from $71,346 p.a. (up to $78,572) plus Superannuation. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.
