Our client is an established Melbourne business. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced results-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team. What you will do:

The Customer Service Administrator for the maintenance division is responsible for the timely and accurate management of every ahb maintenance project. Working closely with customers and trades this position requires a highly organised, assertive and results oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and ability to foster and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

You will be required to deliver under pressure and manage a workload of competing demands. Pivotal for the effective delivery of house builds, this role primarily coordinates and administers the ahb maintenance portfolio. Involved in all administrative aspects of the maintenance process, this is a diverse and dynamic role that requires an assertive, flexible person able to persevere with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

This role is responsible for the:

  • Project planning and documentation
  • Coordinate the work of trades and estimators
  • Works administration and compliance
  • Business pipeline management including monitoring job status and tracking
  • Account management and external stakeholder liaison

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Prior experience in property development administration within a residential construction environment
  • Prior experience in the role of administration
  • Proficient computer skills including experience with production software
