We currently have a position vacant due to illness of a long time employee.

The position will require a good knowledge of gardening products and hardware.

Training will be provided, we have a very low staff turnover, so we are interested in people who are looking for a long term position.

Initially 2/3 days a week and maybe a weekend day later on depending on how our rosters work out

Job Type: Casual

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Eligibility:

  • The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
