TSA is looking for passionate customer service professional to support one of Australia’s leading electricity and gas company. With an impressive customer base of over 1 million gas and retail customers across Australia, our client has remained ahead of the industry by simplifying energy for their customers, offering affordable innovative solutions and giving back to the community through renewable energy solutions.

What Your Day Will Look Like

You will make and receive calls from new and existing customers all over Australia, and discuss their energy services. We will teach you everything you need to know about being a call centre representatives and how we are connecting with customers Australia wide.

Overview

  • This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week with shifts Monday – Friday
  • You will be required to work 1 Saturday each month - you then get a day off in the week to substitute this
  • Our hours of operation are 6am to 6pm
  • The position is based in our Head office in Perth. Please note this role is only open to candidates based in WA who are able to attend the office.
  • Full, paid training will be provided
  • Once probation is passed, you will move to a hybrid work model, working from home and in the office
  • Training will commence on the 18th of July, or earlier for the right candidate.

What incentive can you achieve?

  • Team members are taking home on average between $100 - $300 in commission per fortnight on top of their base meaning you earn over your base salary

Salary

$46,650 + Super + Incentives, rising to $48,000 + Super + Incentives once probation is passed.
