Enterprise Account Manager – Worldwide Cyber Security Organisation

An interactive opportunity working with a leading Cyber Security Solutions organisation based in Melbourne has arisen. This organisation is looking to bolster and increase the security around everything from human error to technical failure. This exciting opportunity will focus on large organisations within ANZ.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Account Manager role will be working with a portfolio of customers to:

  • Ensure customer engagement with large organisations of 1500+ employees
  • Growing accounts by upselling existing and new services
  • Driving teams to reach sales targets
  • Increase customer retention and satisfaction programs
  • Drive an increase in revenue
  • Internal and external relationship building
  • Deal negotiation with key accounts
  • F2F customer engagements and education
Skills and Experience required:
  • Target driven, focused on deliverables and deadlines
  • Channel and indirect sales models
  • IT background, email and cloud-based vendors
  • Excellent Communication and attention to detail
  • Multiple executive stakeholder management
  • Team management
  • Commercial acumen
  • 6+ years’ sales experience
Benefits:

$240,000 OTE and 60/40 split
