The Branding Office is a national award-winning promotional merchandise supplier, offering an extensive range of branded promotional products to clients in Australia & New Zealand. We also offer our clientele event merchandise & management, B2B online stores & warehousing.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to expand our administration team with the addition of a full time member as our “Fabulous First Officer”.

Strong ability with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

An understanding of Xero would be advantageous, but not necessary

The ability to quickly learn our bespoke software platform for CRM, quoting & job management.

A current driver’s license (or obtaining)

Some of the Day to Day (But Not Limited To):

Reception duties - Answering phone calls & assisting clients with their phone inquiry

Managing walk in show room enquiries – meeting & greeting our clients & visitors

Word processing & email correspondence

Oversee & manage our busy production department – incoming & outgoing orders

Quality control of all incoming & outgoing orders

Effectively liaise with our freight & supply partners, both nationally & internationally

Invoicing & accounts receivable

General administration duties

Banking, mail & delivery of goods

Maintaining the showroom & general areas

This role will keep you busy and offers the opportunity to work for a leading business in this fun & exciting industry.

You will be given full support & training and there is opportunity to grow into a more senior position within the business. Our team values a supportive working environment, with all members encouraged to have fun at work & achieve their best.

This is a full time role based in beautiful Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, commencing January 2020.
