We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team at NRMA Merimbula. In this role you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience in all areas for our guests.

Your duties will involve:

  • Front office duties including reservations
  • Meet and greet guests

We are looking for individuals who display the following attributes:

  • A capacity to work well unsupervised and with efficiency
  • A demonstrated commitment to be part of an energetic team
  • Previous experience in front office preferred but not essential
  • Ability to follow standards & procedures
  • High level of observational skills & pride in attention to detail
  • Good presentation and grooming
  • On the job training provided

To succeed in this role you will be highly motivated, reliable, hardworking and work exceptionally well in a team environment. An ongoing commitment to working shifts consisting of mornings, evenings and weekends is essential, a variety of shifts are available, from 3 shifts to 5 per week. Hours will vary in winter and summer.

Must be available over school holiday periods.
