Your new company

Your new role
You will be primarily responsible for meeting people and culture deliverables, providing HR advice and IR advice to people managers and employees. You'll work with the leadership team to implement strategic business plans. Key responsibilities will be:

  • Recruitment for corporate support staff
  • Workplace relations investigations
  • HR policy updates
  • Performance management and code of conduct
  • Industrial relations advice

What you'll need to succeed
You will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management. Professional level experience in Human Resources with experience in Organisational Change or Workforce Analytics is highly desirable. Due to offices located remotely, some interstate travel may be required.
