The Manager Services Development and Integration works in the Bureaus Community Services Group [CSG]. Although the position reports directly to the General Manager of the National Production Services program in CSG, the span of engagement is across the entire group and between other Bureau groups.

A key component of the engagement is with the groups service delivery teams. Service delivery is often called operations in the Bureau. CSG's operations are national in extent and the successful candidate will be a person who enjoys working with multi-disciplinary operational teams, linking their needs to group directions in establishing resilient processes and implementing new technologies.

The Bureau has an existing series of transformation programs that are changing service delivery approaches and the underlying enabling technologies. The successful candidate will need to embrace organisational and technology change and lead group initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
