About this opportunity
You will provide administration support to our Financial Planners and work collaboratively with the Client Service officers and other internal stakeholders to provide exceptional service to our members, clients and prospective clients. This opportunity is a great stepping stone into learning the basics of financial planning and will suit someone who enjoys administration and interacting with various stakeholders.

How do you exceed our expectations?
You are passionate about customer service and have demonstrated experience working in a client facing role either face to face and/or over the phone. Experience in financial services is highly regarded but not essential.

Additionally, you will have:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with a good phone manner;
Experience or the willingness to interact with members and clients face to face;
Ability to work in the office during operational hours i.e. Monday to Friday between 8:45am - 5:15pm
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills;
Proactive and solution-focussed approach to meeting clients' and members' needs;
