A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced, full-time Property Manager!

The client
A well established Real Estate agency located in Brisbane's bayside that has earned a great reputation in the Bayside area. Fresh, modern office and supportive, fun team with a "work hard, play hard" motto - this is the ideal working environment.

The role
You will be joining another Property Manager, managing a tidy portfolio of properties. You will have excellent attention to detail and be focused on providing high-end customer service to the clients.

  • 95 Properties in the portfolio
  • PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate and My Desktop systems are used
  • Progressive company with excellent training and support from the Principal
  • Support with Trust Accounting
  • Monday - Friday role 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Skills and experience
  • Current QLD Certificate Of Registration
  • Previous Property Management experience is essential - 2+ years ideally
